Kryt is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/ Project Manager, to help define and deliver its project and solutions portfolio.  This is an IT and business focused role and will require a candidate with significant experience in the delivery of enterprise applications and business change programmes.  

The candidate will come from a Business Analysis background and/or have significant experience with managing projects across different countries and should be familiar with the Prince2 project Management methodologies.  This is a demanding role which will require the candidate to understand the importance of the role of the Business Analyst/ Project Manager within Kryt and the significance of its contribution to adding value to the overall business.

Required Skills;

  • Knowledge of Emerging Markets will be an advantage.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication and presentation skills and the ability to deal at all levels of an organisation are essential.  
  • Previous experience working in a technology firm would be a distinct advantage to the role however the key experience is strong understanding of organisational dynamics, cross function business process and organisation behavioural characteristics.
  • Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. 
  • Lead the design, delivery and  maintainance of a general reporting structure including executive scorecard, monthly scorecard and other business reports to track key business initiatives.
  • Act as primary internal stakeholder for business development to support marketing initiatives across the organization
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. 
  • Ability to size and scope vague requirements into a practical work solution/work package.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver business process re-design using natural language, as required. 
  • Successfully engage in multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Work independently with users to define concepts as well as collaborating with different Principal Partners and Partners across different countries to chart the course for their countres requirements.
  • This Role requires 60% travelling to our Clients site.

Key Tasks

  • Work with partners on key projects and business initiatives to ensure that adequate analysis is performed for successful project delivery and that business processes are in place and understood.
  • In addition to performing analysis, must be able to demonstrate the know how to get a requirement through development into realistic solutions where appropriate.
  • Work with project teams, to complete detailed business requirements that are aligned to the business objectives, that can be efficiently and accurately translated into project deliverables.
  • Work with different companies during their projects  life cycle to ensure that Clients understand our Business Requirements and provide us with proposals and other deliverables as required.

Education and experience:

  • An MBA/ Business degree is required.
  • Primary degree in Information Technology or Business Studies.
  • Highly flexible and able to adapt with the needs of the business
  • A minimum of 6+ years of Business Analysis and / or process modelling
  • Ability to fully document technical and business requirements in data and process models using artefacts such as data flow diagrams, decomposition diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, and use cases and functional specifications.
  • High proficiency in MS Visio and MS PowerPoint
  • Prince 2 certification
  • Understand the business value that can be derived from projects, and have experience in building Cost / Benefit Analysis and building business cases.
  • Experience working in a multi-project and multinational environment.
  • Strong ability to work within a team environment and with all levels of management in the technology and business areas.
  • Excellent organisation, verbal and written communication skills.


The candidate should have good interpersonal skills and is expected to be pro-active in their approach but be sensitive to the pressures of working in a dynamic entrepreneurial driven environment. He/she should be flexible with regards to working in such a busy environment, and possess the ability to work on own initiative. The successful candidate should be a good team player and have demonstrated an ability to deliver projects to meet business needs in a cost-effective manner.
